Sometimes works in the background, sometimes not. Sometimes gate opens immidiately, sometimes you stand there fiddling for a minute or more. Thus creating delays and frustration when getting into building. Tried engaging with support to no avail.

No longer works without opening the app. Has not for months, and they are aware and have not attempted a fix afaik. Everyone in my building has the same issue. I do not recommend installing hardware reliant on this software.

A bit wonky. Some steps are not clear so it's almost trial and error to figure them out. How to clear notifications within the app? There's no clear way.
