Ratings and reviews

(Update: 3/7/26 Despite keeping up with updates this app continues to freeze up and have all sorts of problems. You need to get your app sorted out! If this continues, I will pull all my investments and move to an app that actually works.) I have had a mostly positive experience with Coinbase, but lately, it has been a bit buggy. The app seems to freeze up when I try to look at my crypto holdings. I updated the app, but nothing changed. Hopefully, this is a temporary problem?

The worst experience I have ever had with any CEX bar none!!! Am currently sat on a call to support as I write for almost an hour. Their system is stuck on verifying my ID. The support rep just continues to read from a script like a zombie and sending me to the same screen over and over and over again. Worst customer support I have ever experienced and my account isn't even open yet!! EDIT 2: Call lasted 2 hours and achieved nothing. ID check failed and have had to resubmit again. Ridiculous

Same experience as others, they close your account for no reason. I attempted to set one up but couldn't add a deposit account/card and it came back as unsupported in your area (UK). I called technical support and was told they would remove a restriction on my account, clueless on how it was there in the 1dt place, then a few hours later a email saying I cannot use their platform due to T&C's but not explaining why? I will probably get a bot response, that's how bad it is.
