Ratings and reviews

After latest update like other users have left reviews, it is now too difficult to gain access to the account, I already had two Factor authentication with biometric setup but now I'm stuck in a loop with trying to gain access via other means like a security question etc, and then again not being able to get any access this way either, this was once a great app but now it's starting to fall by the wayside after updates. If the difficulty continues I want my money out the account then I'll leave.

Worst sign up / login experience ever. I had to make several attempts to sign up because it would just get stuck at a loading screen or decide to restart the sign up process at different points. Like, after entering the password, it would load forever. Or, after entering the SMS OTP, it would go back to the starting screen. Now, I'm stuck at setting up my account. After confirming my educational attainment, the app got stuck again in the loading screen.

App no longer works. It's utterly useless. Endless login issue. App redirects me to my phones browser to log in and asks for a pass key that does not exist on my phone. I can only log in via computer. This app is now garbage and absolutely useless, just like their tech support. This seems to be a very common issue with a lot of users who have now given up using the app entirely.
