Ratings and reviews

Don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Maybe those users aren't too tech savvy. I found it quick & easy set-up and verify. The only delay i had was depositing with bpay (my choice), but even that was less than 24 hours! Fees are pretty good too, compared with many others. It even performed well during last week's market meltdown. Could do with some more cryptos though and would be excellent if "Exchange" was integrated into the app. Keep up the good work.

App keeps lagging and crashing. Have tried for 6 hours to confirm ID for my mother, only for the app to crash at random parts of the form. It could be while typing a name, or it could be selecting a drop-down. It's been laggy for at least a year now on my end. Fields not updating, pages double opening (and then crashing the application), etc. I'm really trying to stay on board guys, but you're killing the relationship.

Honestly. I've never done any form of investing until late 2020. CoinJar is now my go-to app. It's convenient for when I need to withdraw and deposit, it's practically instant on both sides of the 'coin' when it comes to taking out or putting in money. The prices are fluctuating/updating consistently and it's better than most crypto apps I've used. I hope to see further improvements in the app, to see how it grows in the future.
