Ratings and reviews

Do not use this exchange. Total waste of time with their tier system, and the support is completely awful to a point they won't give you any information about your own account when trying to identify any issues even you comply with their KYC requirements. I'm still waiting for the cash I withdrew to be deposited into my bank. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

ID verification is a nightmare. Takes 1 week to get going. Customer service is non-existent, and you end up chatting with incompetent workers who give you vague answers to your questions. The app is laggy and doesn't even have basic features like setting price alarms adding stop-losses. They set limitations on your account arbitrarily and don't actually explain why. You end up having to sell your crypto in order to withdraw your funds. Absolute joke.

the worst trading app there is l honesty feel like it's a scam when certain crypto is pumping they restrict it so you can't buy it and when your making money on it they prevent you from selling and taking profits at the same time it won't let you swap your assets to the crypto that is pumping l had a huge profit and l tried over and over to sell it but they wouldn't process my sale until the price dropped to nothing as far as lm concerned they owe me $452,529 l have screen shots to prove it
