your app used to be fairly basic but it was easy to navigate to see information on crypto performance, watchlists etc & transaction history. Now you've gone an bloated the heck out of it with "AI integration" which has done nothing but make it clunky & seemingly lacking account informationn

Customer support extremely disappointing, There appears to be no accessible real-time support option or direct contact method available to customers. Instead, users are left communicating through an email-style support system with significant delays, while access to their funds remains restricted. Financial transactions and cryptocurrency purchases are expected to be near-instant, the practice of flagging / holding transactions for extended periods without timely communication is unacceptable

This app is a total waste of time. 6 hours for a small test amount to a cold wallet. Over twelve hours now and my main transfer still hasn't turned up. Absolute trash. What's the point of this being a crypto app when transfers take longer than fiat bank transfers. Cannot not recommend this platform hard enough. In response to that reply, I have reached out. I have received two emails in three days, you're sending links which I can't follow because I can't log in! OMG
