My account (UID: 34203903) has been restricted for over 1 month, and I keep receiving the same repeated “please wait” messages from support every single day. No real update, no progress, nothing. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If my account is finally reopened and the issue is resolved, I will update or remove this review. But for now, this experience has been very disappointing.
