Very disappointing experience. I completed the required transactions and referral activities, and some referral earnings were credited to my account. However, when I tried to access or move my funds, my account was first partially restricted and later fully restricted. My $20 referral earnings also disappeared from my account without a clear explanation. and no response form their customer support ever since

If y'all aren't ready to function in some countries well, then you pack up. registered my acc nd did every verifications. it was actually working perfectly well, only to get restriction without knowing why. then tried signing in and am seeing pop up message that I have been fully restricted. rubbish.

Since how many months now, This app has refused to verify my account. I've uploaded my Passport severally and NIN but it kept rejecting it. This is the most useless app, and I even want to transfer my money out of it. But it won't let me until the verification is done, and yet they are the ones at the backend of the verification.
