Ratings and reviews

CoinSwitch looks smooth and deposits/withdrawals work fine, but buying and selling is a letdown. The buy price is always higher than market and the sell price lower, with no clear explanation. That spread feels like hidden charges on every trade. You lose money the moment you enter. For a trading app, this is unacceptable and misleading. Transparency is missing, support gives generic replies, and overall it doesn’t feel user-first. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Guys never ever think to invest in this app! your money is not safe! Third class app! I keep on following them to correct technical glitches on blast coin but they couldn't resolve till this day! Really the worst customer care support, they don't have a sound technical team to resolve technical glitches then how would your investment is safe. I'm totally disappointed, even after repeated follow ups on the issue, they weren't able to resolve, third rated app!

Don't use this platform. it's service is very poor and very slow. every time we need to refresh the chart . too many hidden charges. our money is converted in free credit worth but you can't use it . no customer care number to discuss in proper way .
