I had a serious issue while trading XAUT options on CoinSwitch. I set a TP and SL for my position, but when the market reached my TP level, the position did not close. Instead, the exit orders appeared as “Cancelled” with 0 executed quantity, even though I had not manually cancelled them. Because the position remained open, the market reversed and I ended up taking a loss. TP/SL is specifically meant to manage risk and automatically exit a position.

No Chart for Call/Put on web interface even the chart we have on the mobile app for options is not supported with tradinview. Not a good app+web platform for option trading. There is no 3min time window for chart analysis. Also withdrawal has a bug, which means if you have 2000.70rs in your wallet then you will be able to withdraw only 2000 the rest money in points you'll never be able to withdraw.

This app not for trader. I have used, and the problem I am facing that , 1) customer support is very pathetic. 2) Notification service also very poor. 3) liquidation also very bad. Even this platform not informing to you when your order not executed. 🤦🏻. 4) drag drop style order doesn't work in phone. 5) And one more major issue that my bank verification still not done. 😡 So overall rating is 2 out of 10. from my side. I am still facing those problems.
