I am not able to exit from my position. I will suicide if this does not resolve because I have invested all my money. There is a no way to contact someone immediately. I will lose everything if this goes worst or liquidate my position. worst customer support... no one answering my initiated chat. I was waiting for an hour. There is no way to call, also , email support is pathetic.

I have been using this platform for the past 6 months. The major issue is that there is no feature to transfer crypto to other exchanges like Binance. Other platforms provide this feature by default. Once you buy crypto, you are stuck until you sell it. This is a significant disadvantage of CoinSwitch, which is why I stopped using this platform. I request that you introduce this feature as soon as possible, otherwise, it will not be easy for the platform to stay in the competitive market.

Futures trading is very risky. On their app, when you trade futures, it lags so much that you don’t even realize when the price dips. You can’t track the price in real time. Many times I have lost money because of this and suffered heavy losses. Their system does not have the capacity to handle such a load. It shows the price as ₹10, but in reality it has already gone lower. By the time you understand, your position is already liquidated. Worst futures trading experience.
