The app advertised itself as free, but after entering my card information, I was charged $1 without my consent. This is extremely misleading and disappointing. If an app cannot be transparent about its charges, how can users trust it with their personal and payment information?

this review is only in regards to app technicalities. I had to delete and re-download the app 3 times through creating my profile because it kept saying connection issues (when there was not). Once deleted I would be able to get through one step, but then the same thing would happen. Once I finally finished and got to the main page, it completely shuts down now and won't stay open longer than 1 second. I have force closed, uninstalled and redownloaded. Idk what to do now.

I've had a great experience using Collabstr as a creator. The platform is easy to navigate, and finding brand collaborations is straightforward. I recently completed my first UGC campaign, and the entire process from accepting the order to communicating with the brand was smooth and well organized. I also appreciate that payments are handled through the platform, which gives creators added peace of mind.
