i have been pleading for a month for customer support to respond to my many tickets regarding inability to login. until today I was unable to even post a review. I purchased the ad free single month trophy and after a few days, I was not able to login. the money spent was not a huge amount, but still wasted. I can't even get a sorry!

The absurd loading time at the start of the game is beginning to really piss me off. And the "lucky" boxes and costume boxes are guaranteed to give you garbage if you spend stars on them. For once I would like to see a developer who creates an in game marketplace that allows us the consumer to pick the weapons, clubs, clothes, or equipment to purchase instead of the "lucky" con system they use now. This one will be deleted pretty soon if they don't shore up their load and download times.

I paid for a special package deal they offered a long time ago, with my own money. I never recieved it, and I wrote a few emails, but they never responded, nor gave me what i paid for. Also, the lucky boxes may say legend or something but you rarely get anything of that quality. Also, if the conection fades on the game a little bit, it might kick you from the game, which they consider a forfeit of the match. Its still a pretty good game but obviously handicaps, especially if you're playing great.
