Care Oregon app not only is an excellent app, the company has been the best insurance I've ever had! they are so very helpful and they taught me so very much about my rights and how to advocate for myself. they are knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous. hands down best company, best app ever. this has been my number one favorite app this year

They should change their name to Careless Oregon. When I needed am eye exam and new glasses I was having trouble finding a place that accepts Care Oregon advantage plus, so I called customer service and was told they didn't have a list for that and I would just have to find one myself. I did and then Careless refused to cover everything that they used to. When I complained about another problem they listened and then rewrote the scenario differently and said it was my fault. Repeated it today.

I have been on the phone for 3 days now. And talked to over 8 people and have been transferred to different departments each time. The tech support I keep getting is from India(he won't send me to his supervisor). I can't log back into the app at all after hitting the forgot password. The forgot password sends you an email link that only connects you to the website. The careoregon customer service health insurance team has been trying so hard to help me, but it's not their department.
