Unable to login even after paying the previous day. Customer care says verification pending but I didn't get verification call even after more than 24 hours. On calling they say profile rejected and reverification is needed. I called later again, got confirmation that account is now verified but still unable to do much. Cannot send messages, cannot call or connect thru WhatsApp even when I have paid for Prime membership that offers these features. Several customer care numbers but no clarity.

I wish to rate them 0 since that option is not available I'm giving 1 star.Main reasons are (1) limited profiles (2) poor customer service (3) lot of restrictions in viwing profiles even to paid members. They say it's for privacy concern but that concern is waste when it comes to matrimony coz everyone post profiles to contact eachother that is not provided here.It's total waste of time&money. Don't get tricked by their marketing team calls for subscription it's full of fake promises.

It's a fraud business not a service. Don't waste your hard earned money and precious time on it's subscription plans. I opted for prime platinum subscription which is topmost amongst the plans. They say we can view the photos of members directly. But we again need to request for photos to the members, on enquiring they say members can restrict the access to their photos and phone numbers as well for which they are charging a lot. On raising a ticket, they do not attend to it, reply as resolved.
