I need a count down timer with a voice to use while doing interval exercise training. I checked 12 apps and this is the best one I have found. But it doesn't allow you to set for a number of intervals. Also it doesn't allow you to set a rest period between intervals. But there are workarounds. You can simply add the rest time to your overall interval duration. Also you can use a separate stopwatch or countdown app to count the number of intervals.

I use it to time my kids in the shower and give reminders and a count down as it gets closer to them getting out. The app does the job, unfortunately its a monthly subscription, not a pay once app. I'm afraid I'll keep looking for another one.

This is a spectacularly useful app. It allows me to keep track of time as it passes when there are multiple tasks with different time requirements, while making a meal or writing papers under tight time constraints.
