Ratings and reviews

Installed the app, added my phone number and name, but it doesn't ever send the "Verify your email address" email so I couldn't complete the registry. Reviews on Apple and Google indicate this has been a problem for years, that it only really has users in London if you can somehow sign up... but after leaving my number, I've now had 4 automated scam calls in the last 5 hours claiming I've an arrest warrant out for unpaid debts. Avoid.

I've installed it and can't get passed taking a pic of my ID. It takes a pic of the front no problem but the back nothing ever happens and therefore I cannot continue. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled at 4 times with plenty of time in between each and it's still not working. I've sent you emails with pics I've taken of it and told you could put it in manually but that never happened either. Will I ever get a chance to continue?

The app has the timings wrong a new also I cancelled a visit and it it's now asking me for payment. I have sent 2 emails and have not had a response. The companion is also not sure why I am being asked for payment:(
