the app is just shy of unusable. it crashes every time I try to look at a different page or any of the menus or if I tap my screen just a millisecond faster than the software likes or if I breathe on the keyboard wrong. in 2025. I'm not even gonna bother trying to actually place an order, I've already lost time y'all ain't getting my money too

Terrible app. The load times are so long that I often have to re-enter my order because I'm no longer within the time frame I was trying to pick up. A bunch of restaurants don't have their sides and drink options available in the app so I have to do an extra transaction when I get to the restaurant anyway! Total garbage process.

In order to make the app work, I had to uninstall it, restart my phone, reinstall the app, and be very careful to not pay with Google wallet, which is the default, but to add an additional credit card. In addition, the app apparently will not work if you are on Wi-Fi, and only works if you are on a cell network. In order to validate this, I need to make a purchase at a local venue which I'm never going to be able to pick up. It's amazing that in 2024 an app this simple can work this poorly.

Hi thanks for the review and we apologize for the gpay issue! We have a new version out v8.19.1 to address new issues with GPay. Hoping the update allows you to transact with GPay again! The wifi / connectivity issue may be a network problem on your campus, but we can investigate if you wouldn't creating a support ticket in-app w more info!
