Ratings and reviews

the app is just shy of unusable. it crashes every time I try to look at a different page or any of the menus or if I tap my screen just a millisecond faster than the software likes or if I breathe on the keyboard wrong. in 2025. I'm not even gonna bother trying to actually place an order, I've already lost time y'all ain't getting my money too

Based on the other reviews, it seems like they have never fixed the prominent issues with this app. Namely, that it doesn't show all the available food options or places that are open, it'll say one is closed or not even on there for a week. I have only been able to use this once and I ended up ordering an item that was unavailable.

Terrible app. The load times are so long that I often have to re-enter my order because I'm no longer within the time frame I was trying to pick up. A bunch of restaurants don't have their sides and drink options available in the app so I have to do an extra transaction when I get to the restaurant anyway! Total garbage process.
