About this app

The simplest food diary where you just need to record what you ate.

Meal Record does not calculate calories for you.

There is no food database, no barcode scanning, and no AI photo analysis.

Instead, you can simply record what you ate today and move on.

This app is for those who have given up on food diaries about three times because the recording felt burdensome.

■ Monthly Meal Record Viewed via Calendar

View a month's worth of meals at a glance on the monthly calendar.

On days you took photos, a small image appears on the calendar; on days recorded without photos,

color dots are displayed for each meal,

so you can immediately see which days you ate and which days you skipped

without having to scroll through.

■ Recording 3 Meals Separately: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Meals are distinguished by three colors: Breakfast (Orange), Lunch (Green), and Dinner (Indigo).

When you select a date, the cards for the three meals unfold right below,

and empty meals are marked with a "+" sign, making it easy to see at a glance which ones you missed.

■ A Single Photo Is Enough for Your Meal Log

You can take a picture directly with your camera or select one from your album.

On days when you are too lazy to write it down, leaving just a photo serves as a record of the day.

■ Manual Input of Calories, Carbs, Protein, and Fat (Only When You Want)

You can manually enter calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat.

You can enter only the values you know, or leave them all blank for them to be saved.

The calories you enter are automatically added to the day's total and displayed.

The app does not perform the calculations; it simply displays the values exactly as you entered them.

This is perfect for those who want to keep a record without being tied down by numbers.

■ Short Notes

"Overate," "Home-cooked meal for the first time in a while," "Feeling unwell"

One line is enough. When you look back on the calendar later,

this single line revives the memory better than a photo.

■ Synchronize Across Devices via Account Login

If you log in with your Google account, your records are saved to your account,

and continue seamlessly even if you switch devices.

If you want to try it out casually first, you can also browse as a guest.

■ Korean · English

You can change this at any time in the settings.

■ Suitable for:

• Those who gave up on keeping a food diary because calorie counting was burdensome

• Those for whom the complex features of diet apps actually got in the way

• Those who want to complete their meal records with just a single photo

• Those who want to visually check their monthly eating habits using a calendar

• Those who need a simple meal record to show during hospital visits or consultations

■ Not suitable for:

To be honest, we will tell you in advance:

• If you want your calories calculated automatically — This app does not calculate them

• If you want to search by food name to fill in nutritional information — There is no food database

• If you want to view weekly or monthly statistics or graphs — There is no statistics function

• If you want to record snacks separately — Only breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available

• If you want to use it without an internet connection — A connection is required for saving and viewing records

If you need any of these features, another app might be a better fit.

Bapgikorok is an app that has chosen simplicity in exchange for removing those features.

■ Personal Information

Recorded meal information and photos are stored only in your account and are not disclosed to other users.

If you click Delete Account in Settings, the records stored on the server will also be deleted.
