GuidanceNow℠ provides fast, easy access to your ComPsych GuidanceResources program and a wide array of mental health and well-being resources. On GuidanceNow℠ you can access the following features:

• Connect Me: If you know what you want now, the Connect Me option offers our quickest path to care. With as little as two taps, you can connect instantly with an expert or schedule appointments for services.
• Guide Me: The Guide Me option quickly assesses your area of need and directs you to the care options, tools, and resources most appropriate to your focus area. In just a few taps, you can navigate one of more than 1,000 path options that lead to a variety of solutions, all tailored to your needs.
• Assess Me: With Assess Me, our most extensive care path, you are guided through a brief well-being assessment, which evaluates your needs across six primary care pillars. The platform then measures and benchmarks your results and provides a series of personalized, multistep Well-Being Plans tailored to your specific areas of need.
• Browse All Services: Browse a wealth of local-language, informational tools, resources and services. These resources are organized into categories such as well-being, relationships, work, education, finance and lifestyle
• Access Program Information: Review your company’s behavioral health and well-being program benefit information at any time.

Register doesn't work on app. Most links do not work on app. The app is completely unusable. S23 ultra, fully updated, so that shouldn't be an issue. Edit: tried again, 3 months later and it still has the same issues. Utterly terrible in terms of app. Nothing can be interacted with, links don't work, buttons don't do anything.

Appalling. Don't bother using. You register. The app kicks you out. It then doesn't recognise logon details. You get to chat after finally getting it to work only to be referred to legal services for a 30 minute phone call. I chatted to "Belinda" who was less than useless and was more interested in making sure I'm not accessing the wrong country and that I'm a bank employee, rather than what drove me to make contact. Not good enough

Apparently I have registered with them before even tho I cannot retrieve a username or password . My phone is being infected by something and when I did a safety check on my phone it's telling me my password was compromised due to a data breach of GuidanceResources. It tells me to log in to change my password but it does not have any records associated with my emails. What do I do?
