About this app

This app is intended for use by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) members.
The Absence Management Services app provides convenient access to our easy-to-use absence platform so you can request, track and manage your absence on-the-go by:
• Reporting your leave time
• Opening a new request
• Downloading forms and documents associated with your request
• Checking the status of a request
• Finding answers to frequently asked questions
• Updating your own request information
• Working on behalf of your employees (for managers and supervisors)

FMLASource is a separate company that administers absence management services on behalf of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. The Absence Management Services App is created, established and maintained by FMLASource. FMLASource is an independent organization and is solely responsible for the products and services it provides. Usage of the Absence Management Services mobile app may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
