About this app

The WW smart bathroom scale app is a companion app to Conair's smart bathroom scales. Easily track your weight, body fat, body water, bone mass, and BMI (Body Mass Index). See everything at a glance on the dashboard, or go in depth with graphs and charts.

Automatically sync your weight to the WW® app if you are a subscriber, or sync your weight to Google Fit and allow your favorite health and fitness apps to access your data and make tracking quick and easy!

Our scales allow up to 9 users to measure and display:
- Weight
- Body fat in %
- Body water (hydration) in %
- Muscle Mass in %
- Bone mass in %
- Body Mass Index (BMI)

Simply open the app, tap “Connect to Scale” and step on – the scale syncs all data to your app and you can review by day, by week, by month or by year. Having all your measurement results at your fingertips helps make it easier to get where you want to be!

They need to fix a bug or it won't let anyone get logged in. I started my weight loss journey a month ago and in my attempts to see if I could get it connected to Google fit or healthconnect I made the mistake of logging out to ensure I could log back in. Though I exported my data ahead of time, I did not expect that after several attempts of uninstalling, reinstalling, attempting to log in/ register, and everything else I did a month ago, I would just be out of luck. My scale is now trash.

doesn't connect with Google Fit. I get a message every time saying "This App is blocked." the message claims it was blocked by Google for trying to access sensitive information. Fix this, WW developer, or you app remains significantly less useful. Otherwise, it works pretty well, even if there is a bit of a learning curve for how to log readings.

Update 03/03/26: Connectivity problems with Bluetooth. Account mgmt is very poor so it may take weeks/ months before fix. Export your info and have a backup scale on deck. Update: If you're going to reset your scale, I strongly recommend that you export the file via email to yourself. Download it to your files. Uninstall then reinstall the app. Log in (you may have to reset your password). Once you're in, import the file from your phone. This way you won't lose your previous weigh-ins.
