About this app

The WW smart bathroom scale app is a companion app to Conair's smart bathroom scales. Easily track your weight, body fat, body water, bone mass, and BMI (Body Mass Index). See everything at a glance on the dashboard, or go in depth with graphs and charts.

Automatically sync your weight to the WW® app if you are a subscriber, or sync your weight to Google Fit and allow your favorite health and fitness apps to access your data and make tracking quick and easy!

Our scales allow up to 9 users to measure and display:
- Weight
- Body fat in %
- Body water (hydration) in %
- Muscle Mass in %
- Bone mass in %
- Body Mass Index (BMI)

Simply open the app, tap “Connect to Scale” and step on – the scale syncs all data to your app and you can review by day, by week, by month or by year. Having all your measurement results at your fingertips helps make it easier to get where you want to be!

Recently received scale. Be prepared to figure it out on your own. The manual does *not*: explain a separate app is needed to connect to scale; how to connect app to scale (no Bluetooth name provided (imagine living in a highrise), etc. Once you get it to work, it's great to see the info port to the WW app. I've seen comments about failure to connect after a while & the lack of updates (which is shocking). As a result, I'd advise folks to keep another scale as backup. May be back with an update

Doesn't work. I just got the scale and followed the instructions given by the app. It says its connected, but then doesnt send my data to the app. I also cant switch from kg to lb without the dang app because this one has no button. Apparently I have to have the app to change to Lb from Kg, great, except it won't connect and stay that way. Terrible. 0 stars if that was an option.

This would be a good application if it was reliable. I installed it two weeks ago, and it managed to connect with the scale for the first few days. Now however, it usually fails to connect. The scale seems to connect ok ( the flashing icon goes steady), but the application fails to recognize the scale. This occurs intermittently. I also tried to go to bluetooth settings and pair the scale with my phone. It goes through the motions but never pairs.
