We’ve upgraded the Condo Control app so that it’s even easier and more convenient for you to stay connected to your community, send requests and view updates.

Condo Control mobile app gives you the freedom to do more, no matter where you are. The intuitive platform was redesigned with owners and residents in mind, meaning you can take care of tasks or get up to speed in a few minutes or less.

More of what you want, less of what you don’t. All of your favourite Condo Control features are available from your mobile device. Book an amenity, submit a service request, post a classified ad, or see if that package finally arrived.
You can do almost anything from your phone. Why should sending or receiving information about your home be any different? Condo Control puts all of the resources you need at your fingertips.

Ratings and reviews

In theory a great app. Most of the time I can find and use what a need, but almost half the time when I'm booking something (e.g. a visitor, an amenity) I get an error code and I can't make the booking at all.

This is still very buggy, especially when starting a patrol and you have to go back in and then it says patrol is already running and then you have to go back in and resume

The app should have an in built document viewer, but no, everything gets downloaded. Notifications are completely missing. App details in Settings show the notifications are turned off by the app and the setting cannot be toggled. Would be good to be able to reuse existing visitors when creating a parking pass, so that you don't have to list out the vehicle details every time. Quality keeps degrading.
