Solid app, pretty great experience for my 7 year old. The app just tends to lose track of the brush when the kid moves to the front set of the teeth, the motion, perhap the loss of sight on the bulk of the knobs on the brush end make the app think the kid has stopped brushing. But my kid had to change her entire brushing style to continue to get 16 teeth creatures every level. She was quite upset with herself and the app

This app was great. It helped my son to brush every night. Then my phone update, and for some reason, none of the progress was saved. He was defeated. At this point, all of the excitement is gone, and the money we spent on the toothbrush is worthless. I hope others have better results. Edit: Tried to use your online chat service and with in 2 minutes it disconnected me. Also stated that someone would follow up with me. 4 days later and still no follow up.

my daughter loves using this toothbrush. While the app was kind of a fail for us, the brush itself was not. She found it very difficult to brush and use the phone at the same time. Also, the app was boring after the first few times. The brush itself--- fantastic! It works well, and reaches all those hard to reach places. It makes brushing easier, and less of a fight to get it done right!
