About this app

Print address labels for your parcels without typing them twice.

Parcel Label takes an address the way your customers send it — a WhatsApp message, a photo, a spreadsheet — splits it into name, address, PIN and phone, and prints it on the label sheets you already buy.

ADD AN ADDRESS ANY WAY YOU LIKE
• Paste a whole message. The app finds the name, the PIN code, the phone number and the rest.
• Scan a printed address or a screenshot with the camera. English and Hindi.
• Import an Excel or CSV file of orders.
• Pick a contact, or pick someone from your address book.
• Share a message from WhatsApp straight into the app (Android).

PRINT ON THE STICKERS YOU HAVE
• A4 label sheets: 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 14, 16, 21 or 24 per sheet, or measure your own.
• A5 and 4 x 6 inch paper, one label to the page.
• Small stickers (65 or 110 per sheet) for a name or a note such as Fragile. Paste a whole list, one to a line.
• Start from any label, so a half-used sheet is not wasted.
• An alignment page shows exactly how your printer places the sheet, and you correct it once.
• Receipt printers (58 mm and 80 mm) over Bluetooth. Label-roll printers too, in Beta.

A MAP ON EVERY LABEL
• A QR code in the corner opens Google Maps at the receiver's address.
• If your customer sent a location pin, the code leads to that exact spot.
• Or point it at your own shop.

What’s new

One sheet now prints both address labels and item labels.

• A row added with "A name or a note" prints as an item label, large, at the size and position you set under "Label text". Every other row prints as a full address label. Both can be in the same print.
• The bin on a row asks before it removes.
• "Paste an address" has Undo and Redo, so text replaced or deleted by mistake comes back.
• The Print screen opens on the sheet you selected last.
