Every few months there are issues. It will frequently duplicate recordings or include a follow up recording in which nothing is observed in frame. And the app won't log in and will say that my account doesn't exist. There's also the continual latency between video starting from the motion to it actually showing up in the app to view. I would avoid the Philips environment unless you need to use Philips smart products. The unreliability is concerning.

Terrible. I told the application to keep me logged in, and this worked well for a couple of months. It finally logged me out for some unknown reason, and now I cannot get back in. Even if I reset my password and double and triple check that all of the information is correct, I cannot log in. The lock/app functionality is inconsistent. Sometimes the lock doesn't actually open or close, and the app sends erroneous notifications pretty often. Even when I'm standing in the room, looking at the loc

The App doesn't have the most intuitive interface and it's not the most beautiful, but it has the necessary features. It's very tricky to make it work with a wifi6 router when it has dual band (band steering). The App doesn't help with any connection error (and actually says it's connected when it's the opposite). Overall, "sufficient".
