bought two of these last year. every couple of months, the lock mechanical device stops working but the screen works and still says that lock/unlock is successful. I essentially have to constantly pay attention to the sound of locking to ensure my house is secure - defeating the purpose of this product. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the app is decent. they should have time enabled lock/unlock but in general the app is good.

Logs you out and doesn't save info. Absolutely terrible user experience. At no point for any reason should an app be erasing my login information. Especially one that can lock me out of my house. I can't express how amazingly irritating it is to try to ensure my house is locked when im away, only to find im jot allowed to do so. Having to hunt down the login information is a time hungry task that shouldn't be meted out.

Terrible. I told the application to keep me logged in, and this worked well for a couple of months. It finally logged me out for some unknown reason, and now I cannot get back in. Even if I reset my password and double and triple check that all of the information is correct, I cannot log in. The lock/app functionality is inconsistent. Sometimes the lock doesn't actually open or close, and the app sends erroneous notifications pretty often. Even when I'm standing in the room, looking at the loc
