Impossible to contact them. Even the email address they show here doesn't work! There's no way to determine the battery level because the app sucks! You can "refresh" it for a year, but still nothing! I'll die thinking it has battery left, but there won't be any! Argh!

Surprisingly good for such a "low mintage" app. I normally install only apps battle-tested with a high user base. Maybe I'll spot some bugs as I use it, but it's good so far. The only obstacle was having to use a mobile phone number during setup and for the app's account user info (not my preference).

I have no idea how well this app works since I tried to create an account and went to verify it, the app screen just features the processing swirl over and over. I have tried on different days; still, no success.
