Connected mHealth is your application for accessing your home exercise treatments prescribed to you by your clinician, physiotherapist, therapist, doctor, or kinesiologist. With Connected mHealth, you are now able to achieve your rehabilitation goals in the privacy of your home. Designed by experts, this mobile application allows you to successfully finish your home exercise treatment remotely while keeping you connected to your therapist. Included are different types of exercise to support your every need.

To give your expert a complete view of your progress, Connected mHealth lets you share your step and sleep data, allowing them to adjust your plan and help you achieve the best possible results.

• An individualized exercise session plan provided to you by your therapist

• Guided exercise sessions from start to finish
• Connect to your heart rate tracker or import steps, sleep, and respiratory data or workouts from the Apple Health app

How it works:

• The exercise plan is then shared with you via the Connected mHealth app
• Use the Connected mHealth to start and finish your prescribed exercise sessions

To be able to use the Connected mHealth app you need an invite from your therapist.
