If you're going to force customers to use an app or website to book appointments, make sure the app/website works. Currently, app won't load, website loops on appointments, and person on phone said they can't book an appointment over phone so they punt the burden onto the customer. No good.

Makes you create an account before you can even see if the salon nearby uses the app (ours doesn't). And now I can't remove my contact info or change it, just keeps giving error messages

You can't reset your password. When you try to, it sends you an email with no actual link to reset the password.
