EHS by ConnyOnAir puts the paperwork that keeps a site safe on the phone of the people doing the work. Raise a permit to work, take it through approval, run the toolbox meeting at the gate and close the job out without printing a page.
PERMIT TO WORK
• Apply for a permit in one guided form: project owner, project, checklist group, work type, work window and duration.
• Describe the activities the permit covers, and attach method statements, drawings and certificates as supporting documents.
• Nominate approvers, the EHS head or alternate, and the client's assessor, the roles follow whatever your organisation has configured per work type.
• Add the crew and the work locations, and bundle child permits under a general permit when several trades share one window.
• Save a draft and come back to it. Duplicate a past permit when the next job looks like the last one.
APPROVAL AND REVIEW
• Approvers see the full submission, permit details, activities, risk controls and attachments and accept or reject it with notes and photos.
• Applicants follow their submissions through each approval slot and read the notes that came back.
• Every decision is stamped with who signed and when.
WORK ORDERS AND TOOLBOX MEETINGS
• Upcoming, In Progress and Ended work orders in one place.
• Run the toolbox session on site: brief the crew, record the PPE check, and collect an attendance signature from every worker including contractors who are not on the system.
• Note what the crew was briefed on and anything to raise with the client, and back it up with photos.
• Start and end the work order with the supervisor's signature.
• Client assessors file their review against the work order on the same screen.
