The Consensus Mobile App enables users to submit and manage digital appraisal requests for property insurance claims in all flooring categories. Users in the field can scan samples of flooring with the micro NIR spectrometer and submit spectra via the cloud for analysis on our AI classification models. Choosing to use the Consensus Mobile App on our appraisal platform can improve estimate cycle time from days to minutes, while maintaining robust empirical analysis to accurately identify the value drivers to ensure recommendations provided to the insured are products of like-kind and quality.
