About this app

ConsumiCasa tells you where your home's water and energy actually end up: not a generic total, but a usage-by-use account, including the resulting costs and emissions. No account, no registration, no connection: the app works completely offline and the data stays on your phone.

WATER, USE BY USE
• 13 household uses: shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, hand-washing dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking, cleaning, garden and vegetable garden, swimming pool, car wash, and other uses
• Liters per day per person and cubic meters per year, calculated based on your time and frequency
• Comparison with the Italian average (215 liters per inhabitant per day) and the threshold for an efficient home

THE ENERGY THAT WATER TAKES AWAY
• Energy to heat water calculated from the actual temperature difference, including distribution losses and generator efficiency
• Traditional boiler, condensing boiler, electric water heater, heat pump with COP, solar thermal
• Appliances with power and hours of use, from a catalog of 16 typical devices
• Lighting, standby, air conditioning, and gas, electric, or pellet heating
• Photovoltaic system with self-consumption quota, energy fed into the grid, and residual withdrawal

HOW MUCH DO YOU SPEND AND HOW MUCH YOU POLLUTE
• Annual water, electricity, gas, and pellet costs, with your rates and fixed quotas
• CO2 emissions from consumption, including water service energy
• All conversion factors are adjustable: calorific value of gas, kWh per cubic meter of water, CO2 per kWh and per cubic meter of gas

COMPARISING WITH METERS
• Records progressive water, electricity, and gas readings
• The app calculates actual consumption between two readings and compares it with its estimate
• Trend graph over time, to understand if the estimate is incorrect or if something has changed

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
• 12 savings measures to tick off: aerators and low-flow showerhead, shorter shower, dual-flush cistern, pressure reducer, full-load washing, rainwater recovery, LED lighting, power strips to prevent standby, condensing boiler, heat pump water heater, solar thermal, Pipe insulation, photovoltaic
• Each intervention shows liters, kWh, euros, and CO2 saved per year, with the approximate cost and payback time.
• The interventions combine: less hot water means less gas, less expense, and less CO2, and the bill takes this into account.
• If an intervention isn't suitable for your data, the app will tell you so instead of adding it up.

MULTIPLE UTILITIES
• Home, office, second home: each utility has its own uses, rates, and readings.

YOUR DATA REMAINS YOURS
• No accounts, no ads, no tracking.
• The app doesn't even have internet access.
• Backup and restore in JSON format, CSV export, printable summary.

The app starts out blank: no pre-populated consumption. Enter your data as you go, or upload the Italian average values ​​with a button and then correct them. The technical values ​​(flow rates, litres per cycle, kWh per cycle) are already set and can still be modified.

- Temperature, perdite e rendimenti sono ora in "Impostazioni avanzate", gia' impostati
- Senza consumi l'app dice "quote fisse" invece di chiamarle spesa mensile
- Tolto il confronto con la media quando non hai inserito nulla
I calcoli non cambiano: stessi litri, kWh e costi di prima.
