About this app

CatastoMap is an independent app: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or managed by the Italian Revenue Agency, ISPRA, the Ministry of Culture, MASE, INGV, the Department of Civil Protection, or other public bodies, and does not represent any government agency. All data displayed comes from the public cartographic services of the entities listed under "OFFICIAL DATA SOURCES" below. The complete list, by region, is on the Sources page linked at the bottom and in the "Sources and References" section within the app.

CatastoMap displays the cadastral parcel and the constraints or risks affecting the area on a single map: floods, landslides, landscape, environment, land use, and seismic hazard.

• Or tap the map: municipality, sheet, and cadastral map appear immediately
• Cadastral overlay from the Revenue Agency's mapping service on an orthophoto or street map
• Selection of multiple parcels, favorites, and search history

• National topics: PGRA hydraulic hazard, PAI and IFFI landslides, protected areas, Natura 2000 Network, SITAP landscape constraints, land use, lithology, sinkholes, ITHACA capable faults, seismic microzonation, MPS04 seismic hazard, national Vs30 (CNR-IGAG/DPC dataset, references on the Sources page)
• Levels of local authority geoportals: the complete list, region by region with the respective links, is on the Sources page linked at the bottom
• MASE National Geoportal Services Catalog: historical orthophotos, LiDAR surveys and other ministerial levels
• The "Parcel Themes" box queries the active levels at the selected point and summarizes what is surveyed, unsurveyed, or needs to be verified.

FREE AND WITHOUT REGISTRATION
Consultation is free and does not require an account. The official cadastral survey remains a separate service, currently not available in the app.

Corretto il messaggio della ricerca catastale quando il dispositivo è offline: Comune, Foglio e Mappale non vengono più segnalati come inesistenti, ma l'app indica chiaramente che serve il collegamento dati. Migliorata anche la verifica automatica degli asset Android per rendere stabile questo controllo.
