Training is prescribed based on Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE, from 1 to 10), duration, and elevation gain (D+). You are guided by your own body, not by an unrealistic pace. Upon completion, you check out in two taps: perceived exertion + feel. The engine recalibrates the following days instantly.
The Mountain Index is our proprietary metric. On a scale of 0 to 100, it shows whether the volume of climbs you have accumulated in the last 28 days is aligned with the demands of your target race. 50 is the ideal point. Lower: you need more elevation gain. Higher: be careful with overload.
The AI layer exists only as voice: training descriptions, weekly briefings, and contextual chat. It never calculates prescriptions. That responsibility lies with the engine.
