Having used digital access to my local newspaper since Hot Coco I'm pleased to say that it has come a long way. It's now almost possible to read the comics, for example. However the run together words remind me of Sanskrit. Obviously no one is looking at the finished product on a regular basis.

The app updated 4/14/2022 is broken in my opinion. The app contains ads which (as a paying customer) I find to be unacceptable. I cannot log in to show my status as a paying customer. In addition I can no longer zoom into a comic panel to make it readable. Not everyone has 20/20 vision.

During peak viewing times (like in the morning), the app fails to load content. There are other issues, when you can see content, but without content when you actually want it, there is no point in raising them. Who wants to wait, to read the news?
