About this app

ControllerTV turns your phone into a remote control for your Samsung or LG Smart TV, using your home Wi-Fi network. No wires, no need to buy an extra remote, no account required, and no ads.

COMPATIBILITY
- Samsung Smart TV with Tizen (2016 and later).

- LG Smart TV with webOS.

SETUP IN SECONDS
Connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV, open the app, and select your TV from the list (or enter its IP address manually if you prefer). Your TV will ask you to authorize the pairing only once—after that, ControllerTV will automatically reconnect every time you open the app.

COMPLETE CONTROL
- D-pad, OK, Back, Home, and Menu.

- Volume, Mute, and Channel.

- Power on/off (depending on the TV model).

- Touchpad: Drag to move the cursor like a mouse, tap to click.

- App launcher: View the apps installed on your TV and open them with a tap.

- Input source selector: Switch between HDMI and antenna/TV.

MULTIPLE TVS
Pair as many TVs as you want—Samsung and LG mix and match seamlessly. The next time you open the app, your TV list is ready to use, without having to search for them online.

DESIGNED FOR NIGHTTIME USE
Dark interface by default, large buttons with haptic feedback, and a design that's easy to control with one hand while watching TV.

PRIVACY FIRST
ControllerTV doesn't have its own servers, doesn't require account creation, doesn't display ads, and doesn't include any trackers. All communication happens directly between your phone and your TV, within your own network—nothing is sent over the internet.

Ideal if you've lost the original remote control, if you want to stop looking for it among the sofa cushions, or if you simply prefer to have everything on the cell phone you already carry with you.
Control your Samsung or LG Smart TV from your cell phone: D-pad, volume, apps and more.
