Always offline. Such a poor product. This is not a WiFi module. It is Bluetooth only. You have to be within range to control the hot tub (model 59303) they also sell a Wi-Fi module but I have no experience with it. The documentation is very confusing. That said the app has limited controls and often takes a long while for the hot tub to respond (if you are lucky) Particularly showing you the current temperature.

While this app/system are a great idea, the functionality is not great. The system is constantly offline for no reason; sometimes for a day, sometimes for a week or more. It will mysteriously come back online, same as it went offline. I will adjust settings in the app, then go back a day later and nothing actually changes (eg, I will lower the temperature, the next day it will be back to 104F).

One of the worst control hardware and app combinations I've installed. Pretty much a waste of money to pay for the Wi-Fi hardware. The installation took three attempts to get the Wi-Fi Hardware to talk to the spa panel. After two Wi-Fi Hardware Replacements and a panel replacement we finally got it working. However the server on the back end of their system constantly goes down and you can't log in for up to two days. It seems to happen mostly on weekends. There is no customer support. Don't buy
