The app is kludgy and crashes. You will NOT get it working without help from your dealer. You will need a CMS code or for them to create an account for you. There is absolutely no way to complete setup without one of these two. Do NOT expect this to be straightforward! That said, it does work. For the more technically inclined, you cannot use a router or switch with STP (spanning tree protocol) so you will need to disable that on your switch or use the newer RSTP (rapid spanning tree protocol).

Hire better software engineers. I have to force stop the app down and reopen to use it most days.. Tried putting on my wife's phone and we can't even reset the password or get an email to reset.. Also you cannot tell it what hours to heat the tub so you end up paying more for electric power during on peak hours. You also cannot set the rest buttons. If you're looking at this for a rental home to control remotely this is not a great product. Wouldn't buy again.

While this app/system are a great idea, the functionality is not great. The system is constantly offline for no reason; sometimes for a day, sometimes for a week or more. It will mysteriously come back online, same as it went offline. I will adjust settings in the app, then go back a day later and nothing actually changes (eg, I will lower the temperature, the next day it will be back to 104F).
