About this app

KinderSmart is a mobile app for smartphones to allow parents and other authorized adults to sign children in and out of care at the childcare provider. All authentication information is instantly available in the system, for up-to-date queries about children in care. Time stamp information is available for time-and-attendance tracking, reporting and of course eventual provider reimbursement.

the transactions tab isnt working at all. I can't see my past transactions and I can't see to approve any pending transactions. who do I even contact about this issue ?! it's causing problems with my childcare. I really miss the old app before the update. that one was much easier to use and more dependable and consistent. I don't even understand why they changed it.

Won't work. Had no problem on my iPhone. Switched to a Google pixel 8 running android 14 and nothing but a white screen shows up when you open the app. Have contacted support and they don't know why either. All permissions are granted and app is up to date. No fix for the last couple months. Can't even get to a camera screen to register the phone, as nothing but a blank white screen appears... Wish they'd fix this problem.

since the update I've had nothing but issues. 1st could do anything and now its showing I have transactions on the 1st screen. I click on them to approve and theres nothing 😠
