Won't work. Had no problem on my iPhone. Switched to a Google pixel 8 running android 14 and nothing but a white screen shows up when you open the app. Have contacted support and they don't know why either. All permissions are granted and app is up to date. No fix for the last couple months. Can't even get to a camera screen to register the phone, as nothing but a blank white screen appears... Wish they'd fix this problem.

It doesn't work on my Pixel 8! I emailed support, I called support, I asked for a call back with updates on my issues... That was 2 MONTHS AGO. This app worked on my Pixel 5 but once I got my Pixel 8, it refuses to even load. It's a blank, white screen. That's it. I've done every trouble-shooting thing there is and nothing works. I'm PISSED about the lack of support or resolution.

This app was working great until one day I tried to scan in and a message popped up saying your device is not registered or has no data available at this provider. I can no longer use the app. I need this fixed ASAP!

I see that you have already contacted our support department and they provided you assistance.
