Won't open and keeps crashing. Also with cyber security on the rise, I refuse to authenticate with my face, you will get the back of my hand as a picture. I don't feel like this app is vetted in security and don't feel comfortable with this app even on my phone. Since 10/20/2023 the tablet at my center has been crashing with the app and is still crashing. With no email, text or push notification about these problems, doesn't seem like you guys are keeping up with things. Work out the bugs 1st!

Crashes. I keep unistalling and reinstalling. When i go to scan the daycare registration sheet it tells me the time on my device doesn't match the servers. This is the most frustrating concept and app I've ever dealt with. This needs to corrected asap. The threatening texts about its mandatory to sign in an out daily or risk losing benefits. How can we sign in and out then the app doesn't work.

The app use to work fine. I registered a new daycare but it does not reflect in the account and the app keeps crashing when scanning the attendance code at the daycare. Tried several times to re-register, now the app gives an error message that the time on my phone needs to be set to the server time. ugghhh!
