Won't open and keeps crashing. Also with cyber security on the rise, I refuse to authenticate with my face, you will get the back of my hand as a picture. I don't feel like this app is vetted in security and don't feel comfortable with this app even on my phone. Since 10/20/2023 the tablet at my center has been crashing with the app and is still crashing. With no email, text or push notification about these problems, doesn't seem like you guys are keeping up with things. Work out the bugs 1st!

Crashes. I keep unistalling and reinstalling. When i go to scan the daycare registration sheet it tells me the time on my device doesn't match the servers. This is the most frustrating concept and app I've ever dealt with. This needs to corrected asap. The threatening texts about its mandatory to sign in an out daily or risk losing benefits. How can we sign in and out then the app doesn't work.

it's was frustrating at first, and now that I'm reading all the reviews I see I'm not the only one that has an issue with time on my device not synced with the server time, but I did find a solution to this problem, have your daycare print out the very first email kindersmart had sent them with the QR codes, if you had your daycare or child care provider ask kindersmart to send a new QR code, that's where the issue is, so if you have the original QR code those should work.
