Miya's Everyday Joy of Cooking is inspired by the Korean manga and webtoon '밥먹고 갈래요?' by Omyo, who has captured the hearts of Koreans with her warm and joyful slice of life stories about finding calm and peace in the bustle of daily life. For the first time, her famous webtoon is available outside of Korea in the form of this cute and tasty puzzle game.

EDIT 09/16/24: Edit: claims there are new levels, but get an error every time and have to close the app. Been this way for over a year, I think the app is abandoned. 03/04/20:The new update adds a lot more stuff which is great, they introduced a system to make it much easier to get gold coins and power-ups which offsets the small change for extra moves at the end of each level. I would love to see extra rooms and decorations added, super cute.

I've loved the game for quite a while. In the past month or two however, it's completely soft-locked. Reinstalled it, cleared the data, different account, all the usual fixes. It continues to get stuck on a "downloading" screen, and there is always a game-breaking error loop. I did get an error at some point saying the developers had been informed of the problem (I believe from their publisher), but no changes have been made in months. It's unfortunate because it is a genuinely good game

So far I LOVE the art style, the story, and the gameplay. It's a fairly simple match-3 game but the animations and the graphics are so cute, especially the cat 🥺 It's a perfect game to help you relax after work. Everything about this game is so relatable and the Korean food theme is refreshing to see, not to mention the food illustrations are very well done. Do not play this game when you're hungry LOL
