About this app

A basketball training timer you never have to look at

You cannot check your phone while the ball is in your hands. Basketball Timer calls out every switch between work and rest with sound and vibration, so you can leave the phone on the sideline and keep your eyes on the court.

[ Presets ready to run ]
• Shooting drill: build a rhythm with shot after shot
• Free throw routine: same routine, every set
• Dribble training: keep the combos going without a break
• Conditioning and sprints: build your legs with court runs

Work time, rest time and the number of sets can be changed on any preset.

[ Save your own routines ]
Give the training you do often a name and save it. Next time it starts with a single tap. Saved routines can be renamed or deleted whenever you like.

[ Cues you can hear and feel ]
A three second countdown starts you off. Before each phase ends you hear 3, 2, 1, and the switch itself arrives as a vibration. Sound and vibration can each be turned off on their own.

[ Keeps running while you use other apps ]
Turn the screen off or open another app, the timer keeps going. Pause, resume and stop are right there in the notification.

[ A history that builds up ]
Every finished session records its completed sets and total time, grouped by day. Your session count and total training time are there at a glance, and anything you stopped early is marked as such.

[ A daily nudge ]
Pick a time and the app will remind you to train then. Consistency is what turns into skill.

[ Also inside ]
• Light, dark, or follow the system theme
• No sign up and no account needed
• Your history stays on your device

The work happens on the court. Let the timer keep time, and go get the ball.
