About this app

———————————————
No face is perfectly symmetric. The left and right sides differ slightly, and those small differences are what make each face its own. SymFace turns that difference into a number from a single selfie.

■ How it works

1. Take a front facing selfie or pick a photo from your gallery.
2. The app finds your face and measures how symmetric it is.
3. You get a score from 0 to 100 and a grade from S down to D.

■ What you get

• An overall score and grade
• Scores for five areas: eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks and jawline
• A face built from your left half mirrored back on itself
• A face built from your right half mirrored back on itself
• A result card you can send straight to a friend

Put the two mirrored faces side by side and the difference is bigger than you would expect, even though it is the face you see in the mirror every day.

■ Your photos never leave your phone

Face detection and scoring both happen on your device. Neither the photo nor the facial landmarks are sent to a server. Shooting and analysis work exactly the same in airplane mode.

Saved results stay inside the app. Delete an entry from your history and the stored photo files go with it.

■ Also included

• Your last 10 results kept in history, ready to reopen any time
• Light, dark or system theme
• One daily reminder at a time you choose

■ Please note

SymFace is made for fun. The score is calculated from facial landmark positions in a photo. It is not an assessment of your appearance or health, and it is not advice. The same person will get different scores depending on angle, expression and lighting. Facing the camera in good light gives more consistent results.
Score your face symmetry from one selfie and share the mirrored halves.
