About this app

When a frame looks crooked, when you're mounting a shelf, when you're leveling furniture — the phone in your pocket becomes a precise spirit level.

TrueLevel is a level and angle app that uses your device's tilt sensor to measure level and angle to 0.1°. No complicated setup — measuring starts the moment you open it.

📐 Level
• Auto-switches to a 2-axis circular bubble when the phone lies flat, and a 1-axis bar when stood upright
• Manual selection of Auto / Flat / Bar modes
• Alerts you with sound and vibration when level is reached, so you don't even need to watch the screen
• Choose the level threshold (±0.1° / ±0.2° / ±0.5°)

📏 Angle
• Shows the absolute angle relative to horizontal
• Set a zero point to measure the relative angle between two surfaces
• Percent grade (%) display, handy for ramps and pipes

🛠 Calibration
• Quick calibration (1-point): place it on a flat surface and it's done in about 1 second
• Precise calibration (2-point): measure twice with the phone rotated 180° to cancel the sensor's own bias, staying accurate even on a tilted surface

✨ Convenience
• Hold: freeze the reading for easy checking
• Keep screen on, rotation lock
• Light / Dark / System theme

🔒 Privacy
• Uses only the tilt sensor. It does not request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, or contacts.

Recommended for
• Anyone installing frames, shelves, or curtain rails themselves
• Anyone wanting to level furniture, washing machines, or refrigerators
• Anyone needing to level a camping table or RV
• Anyone who enjoys DIY and self-decorating

※ Measurement accuracy may vary depending on your device's sensor performance and does not replace professional measuring instruments. Calibration before use is recommended.
