About this app

Your child's vaccinations, without keeping the next date in your head.

This app is the paper booklet you get at the clinic, moved onto your phone. Enter your child's date of birth and the standard immunization schedule is built automatically. Record the day each vaccination was given, and the app keeps track of what comes next.

■ The standard schedule builds itself

The app carries the standard immunization schedule from the 2026 national immunization guidelines of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA). It covers BCG, hepatitis B, DTaP, polio, Hib, pneumococcal, rotavirus, MMR, varicella, hepatitis A, Japanese encephalitis, influenza, HPV and Tdap: 16 vaccines plus 2 combination vaccines, 43 doses in all.

Vaccination dates are always counted from the date of birth. They are never added up from the dose before, so a child born at the end of a month does not drift later and later. Where you choose between two vaccines, as with rotavirus and Japanese encephalitis, the rest of the schedule is recalculated from the one you picked.

■ Each child, kept separately

Every child has their own schedule and their own records. Switch children at the top of the screen and you land straight in that child's view.

■ A reminder before the date

You get a reminder 3 days before, the day before, and on the morning of the vaccination date. How many days ahead, and at what time, is yours to set.

If a vaccination is past its window, you get a separate reminder once a week. It has its own notification channel, so if one of the two is too much you can turn off just that one.

■ Record only what you need

You can note the vaccination date, the clinic, the vaccine brand, the lot number, side effects and any notes. The lot number has a field of its own because it is what you need when reporting a side effect.

A dose you had to skip can be marked as skipped, and it drops out of the schedule and the reminders.

■ Clear at a glance, like the paper book

Each vaccine gets a row of dose boxes, and the boxes that are done are filled in. Without reading a word you can see how far along a five-dose series is. Overall progress is shown as well.

■ Export a summary card

Turn the vaccination record into a single image or PDF page for daycare or preschool. The file comes out exactly as you saw it on screen.

■ Vaccine reference

A short note on each vaccine: which diseases it prevents, and what to watch for after the shot. You can look it up by vaccine name or by disease name.

■ Your records stay on your device

Vaccination records and your child's details are never uploaded to a server. For a new phone or a reinstall you can create a backup file, encrypted with a password you choose yourself. If you forget that password, not even we can open it.

The summary card leaves the app only when you press share.

■ Ads

There is a banner at the bottom of the screen, and now and then a full-screen ad after you save a record. One purchase in Settings removes every ad. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

■ Please read this

The schedule in this app is for reference only. Always confirm the exact timing and the right vaccine with a healthcare provider and with the KDCA immunization service. The actual schedule may differ depending on your child's health and earlier vaccinations.

The summary card the app creates is not an official immunization certificate. Official certificates are issued by the KDCA immunization service or your local public health center.

This app is privately developed and has no connection to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency or any other public body. It was built from the publicly available standard immunization schedule.
Enter a birth date for the standard schedule. Log each dose, get reminders.
