Ratings and reviews

Errors frequently and there is rarely an attendant available when it happens. Have a 50/50 chance of actually getting my car washed. Quit using for the same reason before the last update, has gotten slightly better but still not fixed. Would be a great value if it didn't have the frustration of not working frequently. Also have to logout after each use or the app stays open pulling GPS and draining my battery.

I love this place. If not seldom that the vacuum do not work. Plus you can always come back to use your vacuum tickets later. The only reason I did not give it five stars was you cannot use your Cool Wave membership at other locations

App never works. I can't even cancel my subscription because the app never loads.
