COPC’s MyChart offers you quick and easy access to your COPC medical record. With MyChart, you can:

- Communicate with your care team through messages, prescription requests, and e-Visits

- Review your medical information, including upcoming appointments, tests, and procedures, lab and imaging results, medication and immunization history, and After Visit Summaries

- Schedule and manage appointments with your provider

- Review and pay your bill online

Love this App! I had to reschedule an appointment with my doctor so I called his office to do just so. I was greeted with information that many "patients request" could now be handled on the Central Ohio Primary Care mobile App. I listened for a little while longer...but quickly decided to hang up and give the mobile app a try. Wow was I pleasantly surprised!!! I was able to reschedule my appointment with ease. Thanks COPC...this app saves time, is informative, and works great!!! Tom

the app does what it's supposed to do quite well but also establishes an effective means of preventing timely communication with your provider. I've been with my provider long before he became part of copc but with them now blocking access with the app AND charging to communicate with my excellent provider, I'm thinking of getting my healthcare elsewhere.

Not user friendly. If mychart is on more than one device you get up redundant messges. Need to sinc passwords and user names with the Trinity Mychart. let's merge the two.
