Takes time to load. They also lock comments section to avoid customer's complaint. My order failed they took me through circles not wanting to refund. By the time I am writing this review my order had taken almost a week and I am not sure if I will be refunded. They always give the same answer now and then. This has been the most stressful experience with copia.

Copia is the worst online shopping app, especially with refunds.. I am very disappointed... I ordered some goods,then some were not delivered and the said they were refunded, later on after following up,they said I should place another order, which I did, on delivering the goods they said that I should pay again, so they went back with the goods and said that I should call Copia again and explain the situation. Na wakaenda, a very rude delivery team... I really regret knowing and trusting Copia

Its the best shopping app free delivery but when it comes to dealing with customers complains you would never wish you had ordered with it its tooooo slow😔 i personally i keep calling and am given the same answer daily we are dealing with it give us a few hours but i never get feedback thats bad because anxiety wont wait for a few hours people..help a customer in distress
