Ratings and reviews

The group and individual tracking has become significantly less reliable. It used to be quite reliable for tracking but now most of the time either I get lost connection or my day isn't tracked, or other people in my group also show lost connection. Running in background is enabled and battery optimization is disabled and we have signal all day, so don't know what's going on with this. Given that it's happening to everyone it seems like a systemic issue.

I want to like this app but it is horribly unreliable. Some days it will track my activity, other days it just ignores it. Today I made sure my battery settings were configured to work in the background with unrestricted usage. It looked like that might do the trick, but when I ended the day, nothing. Very disappointing.

Completely garbage for any group tracking activity. Individual tracking works fine but if you want to track your family/friends on the slopes find another application. Our group of 5 tried every possible trouble shooting option we could conjure to get a group session working. It worked between the iPhone owners intermittently, never between the Android phones. And absolutely failed to connect members that were using different brand phones.
