doesnt match, difficult interface, lags a lot, hard to connect, needs to improve

My core points are consistently not matching any of my steps/activities. I have everything connected, no issue on that side. But it fixes on a number of points at the start of the day, and no matter how much I do, it doesn't increase. I had 10k+ steps yesterday, it did not increase from 6 points. It feels very unfair to be putting in the work and not having it be reflected because of some system issue. I also just got a new watch, and my steps are not syncing AT ALL.

Terrible app, terrible service. I don't normally give one star ratings but my experience with them was just horrendous. I was charged for a month even after unsubscribing post the trial period. On top of that, I am told to subscribe to use any of the services provided as well. Even their customer service isn't up to the mark, as they ignore my emails and their phone number was not valid.
