AktivMe is an app that makes it easier for you to stick to your exercises and follow your training program you received from your therapist. The therapist creates a training schedule that you can see in the app, when you should do the exercises, pictures and instructions on how to do the exercises. In addition, you will be reminded when it is time to do the exercise via a push notification that beeps in your mobile.
There is also a chat feature where you can ask questions directly to your therapist.
