Every session is built to fit naturally into the workday, helping you step away from your screen for a few minutes and return feeling more energized, focused and clear-headed.

Instead of passive pauses, the app introduces short, desk-based breathers that increase circulation, reduce stress and restore clarity — using only your chair or desk, and without changing clothes, equipment or a workout mindset.

All sessions are designed to be done right at your desk, using your chair or desk for support. Small, regular movement breathers help keep the body comfortable and capable through long workdays, reducing everyday stiffness and supporting long-term wellbeing. Over time, this makes work feel easier on the body and helps you stay energized, present and productive.

What’s new

• You now stay signed in. The app no longer logs you out after being left in the background.
• Biometric login now works properly. You are asked to enable it after signing in, and you can use your phone's PIN or pattern if the fingerprint reader does not respond.
