The app is not stable. Since the last 2-3 months, the app is not at all working smoothly. It keeps crashing. Payment gets stuck multiple times. The app has a lot of bugs and is overall slow to respond. Not expected from banks like federal. Developers need to work on a lot of things to fix.

The performance have been got much worsen on each update, and even basic functions is not working properly. The apps haven't been even tested before even published to play store.

Now a days app is not properly working. app is slow in performance and exiting without information, hav to login 5 or 6 times for a transaction
